Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Anatoly Eidelman (the "developer", "we") for the Easy Table Notes app, also called Table Maker, and the website tablemaker.io (together, the "service"). By installing the app, opening the website or signing in, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. What the service is
Easy Table Notes lets you create tables on your Android device, and optionally sign in to keep those tables in sync with tablemaker.io, share them by link and export them. The free version of the app shows advertising; an ad-free upgrade may be offered as an in-app purchase through Google Play, under Google Play's terms.
2. Your account
- You sign in with a Google account or with a one-time link sent to your e-mail. You are responsible for keeping that access secure.
- You must be old enough to enter this agreement in your country (at least 13, and 16 in most of the EU). Signing in is meant for adults; the app itself can be used without an account.
- You can stop using the service at any time. To delete your account and everything stored in it, e-mail [email protected] from the account's address.
3. Your content
- Everything you put in your tables is yours. We claim no rights to it. We only store and transmit it so the service works, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for what you store and share, and for having the right to do so. Do not use the service to store or distribute content that is illegal, that infringes someone else's rights, or that harms others.
- Sharing links: when you turn sharing on, anyone with the link can view (or edit, if you chose that) the table, without an account. Choose who you give the link to; you can turn sharing off at any time and the link stops working.
- Keep your own backups. Export as CSV, Excel, PDF or image is built in. We take reasonable care, but we cannot promise that data will never be lost.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break into the service, access other people's tables, overload it, scrape it, reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use it to send spam. We may suspend or close accounts that do, or that are used for illegal purposes, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
5. E-mail from us
We send e-mail you need for the service (for example a sign-in link you requested or a notice about these terms). Marketing e-mail, such as product updates and tips, is sent only if you opted in, and every such message has an unsubscribe link. See the Privacy Policy, section 5.
6. Changes to the service and to these terms
We improve the service over time and may add, change or remove features. If we change these terms in a way that affects you materially, we will show a notice in the app or on the website before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
7. Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is". It is a free tool made by a small developer; we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
8. Intellectual property
The app, the website, their design and their code belong to the developer and are licensed to you for personal or business use of the service, not for resale or redistribution. "Easy Table Notes" and "Table Maker" are our names for the product. Google Play, Android and Firebase are trademarks of Google LLC.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and disputes go to the competent courts of Tel Aviv, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live.
